About the Position:
- Compensation:
- $20.00/hour
- Eligible for a monthly bonus
- Eligible for additional seasonal pay during the summer months (Mid-May to Mid-September)
- Company issued vehicle and gas card
- Full Time: 5 day work week, early mornings and weekend work required.
- Overtime at time and a half, for any time worked over 40 hours in a work week.
- Annual safety shoe reimbursement

As a Merchandiser, you'll service retail accounts throughout your territory by stocking shelves and coolers, building and replenishing displays, rotating product, and ensuring our brands are presented at their best.
Merchandisers play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining strong relationships with our retail partners. In this role, you'll work independently while also collaborating with our sales and delivery teams to keep products available, displays attractive, and customers satisfied.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Service assigned accounts on a scheduled basis to maintain product availability by stocking shelves, coolers, and displays.
- Set up and maintain promotional point-of-sale materials and displays as directed.
- Ensure products are clean, organized, fully stocked, and visually appealing at all times.
- Provide exceptional customer service by being courteous, professional, and responsive to customer needs.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers and their staff.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures while performing job duties.
- Perform all responsibilities in a safe, efficient, and professional manner.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to follow directions and maintain high standards of product presentation.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be able to frequently lift, carry, and move up to 50 pounds and safely operate equipment such as a two-wheeler and U-Boat.
- Ability to perform physical work that includes bending, reaching, walking, and standing for extended periods.
